Bi-Monthly 7pm-8pm there will be licensed doctors, therapist, counselors or certified relationship coaches touching on various topics that will strengthen your relationship.

Community matters the most to us. The American Society of Training and Development studied accountability and found that people are 65% more likely to reach their goals when they've shared them with someone else. Our private Facebook Group is where we gather for community engagement.

Bi-Weekly Q&A Sessions
Get a Better Understanding & Real Time feedback on the topics that were discussed throughout the month. Every month there will be an Q&A with the Founder of WUAL to get a better understanding of the concepts that were touched on for that week and can be done to improve the program for you guys.
